This is a made to order item, that will be fulfilled by Printful. Any of my Printful products will be produced and shipped from your closest region that stocks this product. Printful has fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada Mexico the UK, and Europe, Australia, and Japan. 

If you ordered some of my items that I make in my home in Barcelona, those will ship separately. Delivery times depend on end-customer location and selected product.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful's expense. Please contact me if to help you with any claim, and I will help guide you through the process.
